Job Description

As an IT Support Technician, you will be at the forefront of supporting our technical infrastructure. Your role is essential in maintaining system performance, troubleshooting issues, and providing exceptional service to users across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main contact for IT support within the office.
  • Resolve user-reported issues in a timely manner while keeping track of progress.
  • Participate in the development of IT policies and procedures.
  • Assist in training new staff on IT systems.
  • Ensure compliance with company IT security policies.

Requirements

Education
  • National Diploma in IT or equivalent
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science is advantageous
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role
