Job Description

As an Actuarial Analyst, you'll leverage your analytical skills to assess risk, help develop pricing models, and contribute to crucial decision-making processes that drive profitability and growth. This role demands a blend of technical expertise in actuarial principles and effective communication to convey complex concepts to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Utilize advanced statistical software to conduct analyses.
• Engage in scenario testing and ensure models are appropriately challenged.
• Monitor actual versus expected results and provide insights on variances.
• Regularly collaborate with IT to enhance actuarial software tools.
• Represent the actuarial team in client meetings to explain findings.
• Assist in developing strategic objectives based on actuarial insights.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field
• Associate or Fellow of a professional actuarial society is a plus

Experience

• 2+ years in actuarial analysis or related fields
