Job Description

As an Investment Banking Associate, you will play a pivotal role in assisting with the execution of mergers, acquisitions, and capital raising transactions. You'll be responsible for conducting detailed financial analysis, preparing presentations, and collaborating with senior team members to ensure exceptional service for our clients. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of financial markets and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Compile and present market research findings to senior team members.
• Assist in preparing documentation for regulatory compliance.
• Help maintain client databases and manage client communications.
• Liaise with legal and compliance teams to ensure adherence to regulations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or a quantitative discipline
• Master's degree is desirable

Experience

• 2-5 years of relevant experience in investment banking or financial analysis

Certifications

• CFA Level I or II preferred
• CMA designation is a plus
