Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead our HR team in Durban. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing HR strategies that align with our business goals. You'll enhance employee engagement and promote a positive workplace culture. Key responsibilities include overseeing recruitment, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labour laws.

Responsibilities

  • Drive talent management strategies to retain and develop talent.
  • Coordinate employee recognition and rewards programs.
  • Track and report on HR metrics to measure effectiveness.
  • Ensure completion of employee training and compliance.
  • Support succession planning and career development initiatives.
  • Manage conflicts and facilitate mediation as needed.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
  • Master's degree in Business Administration is preferred

  • 5+ years in HR leadership roles
