Job Description

Join our team as an HR Manager in Bloemfontein, where you will oversee all HR functions, including talent acquisition, training and development, and employee relations. You will be pivotal in creating a positive work environment and supporting our workforce.

Responsibilities

  • Implement and measure employee satisfaction surveys to gauge workplace morale.
  • Advise on HR policy formulation and implementation.
  • Conduct exit interviews to inform retention strategies.
  • Manage employee benefits programs and ensure compliance.
  • Stay updated with HR trends and best practices to enhance service delivery.
  • Develop succession plans to ensure continuity in key positions.
  • Lead initiatives that promote employee well-being and work-life balance.
  • Oversee disciplinary and grievance procedures to ensure fairness.
  • Communicate effectively with employees regarding HR policies and changes.
  • Enhance employer branding to attract potential applicants.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • Masters in Business Administration is advantageous
Experience
  • 5+ years in a managerial HR role, with experience in organizational development.
