The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in investment analysis, with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions and capital market transactions. You will work closely with clients to deliver strategic solutions and drive growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed financial models and valuation analyses.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior analysts and associates.
• Collaborate with various internal departments to facilitate transactions.
• Monitor and report on investment performance and market dynamics.
• Participate in networking and business development activities.
• Educate clients on financial products and services offered by the firm.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Business
• Master's degree in Finance is an asset

Experience

• 4-6 years of professional experience in investment banking

Languages
