Responsibilities

• Utilize BIM technology for design and coordination.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and safety regulations.
• Maintain project timelines and budgets effectively.
• Prepare and submit permit applications and documents.
• Conduct peer reviews of designs and project proposals.
• Provide guidance on materials and construction methods.
• Foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement within the engineering team.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering
• Master's degree in Structural Engineering is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in structural analysis and design

Technical Skills

• Revit
• ETABS
• STAAD.Pro

Soft Skills

• Attention to Detail
• Leadership

Certifications

• Chartered Engineer status
• LEED Accredited Professional

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
