Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth financial analysis and modeling for investment opportunities.
• Assist with the preparation of pitch books, client presentations, and reports.
• Collaborate with senior bankers to execute M&A and capital-raising transactions.
• Perform market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions.
• Support due diligence processes and prepare findings for presentation.
• Participate in client meetings and contribute to discussions on key issues.
• Develop financial forecasts and valuation models to aid decision making.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
• Master's degree or CFA certification is a plus

Experience

• 2-3 years of experience in investment banking or financial analysis
