Job Description

We are seeking experienced Gas Compressor and Gas Pumping Station Operators to join our dedicated team. The successful candidates will play a crucial role in the maintenance and operational efficiency of our pipeline systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections and assessments of pipeline integrity.
• Execute emergency repairs in line with safety protocols.
• Facilitate the operation of gas compressors effectively.
• Maintain accurate documentation for all maintenance and compliance activities.
• Cooperate with environmental and safety teams to adhere to regulations.
• Assist in pipeline construction and installation projects as required.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to pipeline operations.
• Ensure all equipment is functioning properly and report any malfunctions.
• Participate in training sessions aimed at enhancing skills and knowledge.
• Develop strategies to improve pipeline operation efficiency.

Requirements

Education

• Trade certificate in a related field (e.g. plumbing, electrical, or mechanical)

Experience

• 5+ years of experience working with oil and gas pipelines.

Technical Skills

• Operational knowledge of gas compression systems
• Machinery operation

Soft Skills

• Analytical thinking
• Teamwork

Certifications

• Gas Safety Certification
• Hazardous Area Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
