Job Description

We are seeking a proactive IT Support Technician to join our dynamic team in Port Elizabeth. The ideal candidate should be adept at diagnosing and resolving technical issues while providing exceptional customer service to clients. You'll be responsible for maintaining our IT infrastructure, assisting users with their technical queries, and ensuring smooth operations within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT help desk support and assistance.
• Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
• Install and update software applications as required.
• Guide users with technical issues related to systems or applications.
• Work alongside IT team for ongoing improvement of IT infrastructure.
• Document procedures and user guides for future reference.
• Participate in troubleshooting and system enhancement discussions.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate in IT Support or related qualification

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a help desk role

Technical Skills

• ITIL Knowledge
• Remote Desktop Software

Soft Skills

• Time Management
• Adaptability

Certifications

• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)

Languages

• English: Fluent
