Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems for users.
• Set up and configure workstations and mobile devices.
• Conduct user training and guidance on IT policies.
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues.
• Write and update internal support documentation.
• Assist in IT security measures and protocols.
• Provide support for audio-visual equipment.
• Manage IT support ticketing system and follow up on outstanding requests.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Information Technology or related field
• Higher education qualification is preferred

Experience

• 2+ years in IT support ideally in a corporate environment

Technical Skills

• Microsoft Office Suite
• Basic SQL knowledge
• Printer Setup and Maintenance

Certifications

• CompTIA Network+ Certification
• MTA: Windows Operating System Fundamentals
