Key responsibilities include conducting patient assessments, documenting care, and collaborating with medical teams to provide effective treatment to our patients.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' health status.
• Monitor patient response to treatments and medications.
• Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and families.
• Coordinate patient care with interdisciplinary teams.
• Participate in staff meetings and contribute to care planning.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior nursing staff.
• Conduct patient education sessions on various health topics.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor of Nursing (B.N.)
• Registered Nurse with SANC certification

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a clinical setting.

• Pediatric Nursing Experience: Experience working with pediatric patients is a plus.
