Job Description

We're looking for an Architect to help shape the future by contributing to engaging and sustainable designs. Your role will involve collaborating with project managers and clients, ensuring high standards of quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Research and implement new architectural trends and technologies.
  • Develop budgets and resource plans for projects.
  • Ensure that projects meet environmental sustainability goals.
  • Create conceptual sketches and design documents.
  • Mentor junior architects and design staff.
  • Oversee construction processes and quality checks.
  • Update project documentation and records as required.
  • Implement design revisions as per regulatory and client feedback.
  • Participate in design review meetings and workshops.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture
  • Postgraduate degree in Architecture or Urban Design preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in architectural design

  • 3D Modeling Software

Certifications
  • Professional Architect Registration
  • Certifications in Sustainable Design an advantage
Languages
  • English: Fluent
