Job Description

We seek an experienced Project Manager to oversee project planning, execution, and closing, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time and within budget. The Project Manager will liaise with clients, ensure project objectives are met, and lead the project team effectively.

Responsibilities

• Develop project charters and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Actively monitor project progress and make adjustments when needed.
• Ensure effective communication within project teams and to external stakeholders.
• Support and coach project teams to enhance their performance.
• Ensure compliance with project governance and delivery standards.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify strengths and areas for improvement.
• Support business development activities by preparing project proposals.
• Encourage a culture of continuous improvement within the project teams.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Project Management or Business Administration is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years experience in managing projects in a corporate environment

• PMP Certification
• Lean Six Sigma Certification

• English: Fluent
