Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Pharmacist to join our team in Durban. The ideal candidate will be responsible for dispensing medications, providing health consultations, and ensuring compliance with pharmaceutical regulations. You will play a critical role in patient care and medicine management.

Responsibilities

• Assist healthcare professionals with clinical procedures and patient care.
• Manage patient records and ensure accurate documentation.
• Support medical equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Facilitate communication between patients and healthcare providers.
• Participate in patient assessment and monitoring.
• Help with sterilization and preparation of clinical instruments.
• Coordinate with laboratories for test result processing.
• Maintain compliance with health and safety standards.
• Contribute to a positive patient experience with compassionate care.
• Engage in ongoing staff training and development.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Allied Health or similar qualification
• Bachelor's degree is advantageous

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in a healthcare setting
