We are seeking a dedicated IT Support Technician to join our team in East London. This role involves providing first-level technical support to users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring smooth IT operations. The ideal candidate should be passionate about technology and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to user inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Conduct routine maintenance and updates on IT systems.
  • Coordinate with external vendors for repairs and equipment procurement.
  • Prepare reports on IT support metrics and user satisfaction.
  • Support the IT team in the deployment of new technologies.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in IT support
