We are seeking a skilled AI Engineer to join our dynamic team in Cape Town. Key responsibilities include developing AI models, optimizing algorithms, and collaborating with data scientists to deploy effective AI solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy scalable AI models and solutions.
• Work closely with data scientists to collect and preprocess data.
• Conduct thorough evaluations of model performance and iterate as necessary.
• Implement best practices in AI software engineering.
• Provide mentorship to junior engineers and interns.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their AI needs and address accordingly.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
• Master's degree is preferred
