Job Description

The Logistics Manager position in Durban offers an exciting opportunity to lead our logistics operations. You will be responsible for managing the entire supply chain, optimizing logistics processes, and coordinating with suppliers and clients to ensure seamless delivery and inventory management.

Responsibilities

  • Design and maintain logistics processes to improve efficiency.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers and service providers.
  • Perform risk assessment and develop contingency plans for logistics operations.
  • Report on logistics performance metrics to senior management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and developments affecting logistics and supply chains.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
  • Master's degree in Logistics/Supply Chain Management preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of logistics experience with leadership responsibilities
