• Evaluate and recommend new hardware and software solutions.
• Assist in maintaining networks, servers, and firewalls.
• Ensure proper management of IT inventory and assets.
• Collaborate with other departments to identify technology needs.
• Investigate security breaches and recommend corrective actions.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Information Technology or related field
• Bachelor’s degree is advantageous

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in IT support roles
