Errand Runner

Job Description

As an Errand Runner, you will be responsible for executing various errands and tasks for our clients, including shopping, delivering packages, and picking up items. This role requires excellent time-management and communication skills, as well as a high level of independence.

Responsibilities

• Drive to various locations to complete client errands.
• Ensure your vehicle is well-maintained and clean.
• Manage a schedule of daily tasks effectively.
• Build rapport with clients through professional interactions.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss workload and feedback.
• Complete training sessions to enhance service delivery skills.
• Assist in developing client satisfaction strategies.

Requirements

Education

• Matric certificate or higher

Experience

• Experience in customer service or hospitality is advantageous.
