Job Description

We are on the lookout for a detail-oriented IT Project Manager to join our exceptional team in Cape Town. This role will involve leading technology projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the specified quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in managing project teams and collaborating effectively with key stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Establish project schedules and timelines.
• Coordinate with internal and external resources.
• Track project milestones and deliverables.
• Prepare project status reports for management.
• Manage changes to project scope and schedule.
• Ensure stakeholder engagement and satisfaction.
• Provide guidance to team members on project tasks.
• Evaluate project performance and recommend improvements.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Master's degree in Project Management is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience leading IT projects
