Job Description

We are looking for an imaginative Graphic Designer to join our Johannesburg team. You will collaborate with clients and team members to create stunning visuals that effectively communicate our clients' messages.

Responsibilities

• Generate creative concepts and develop designs tailored for client needs.
• Coordinate with project managers to ensure timely delivery.
• Implement feedback and make necessary adjustments to designs.
• Create layouts that are both functional and visually appealing.
• Maintain an organized library of design assets.
• Provide support during photoshoots and visual content creation.
• Participate in team brainstorming sessions to improve design processes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Visual Arts or related discipline
• Certification in graphic design tools is a plus

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced design environment

Technical Skills

• Sketch and Figma
• Social Media Graphics

Soft Skills

• Attention to Detail
• Time Management

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Zulu: Basic

Advantageous

• Knowledge of branding and marketing strategies: Understanding of how design influences marketing and brand positioning.
• Proficiency in Adobe XD or similar tools: Experience with prototyping tools for web and app design.
