Job Description

We are looking for a passionate Mental Health Therapist to work with a diverse clientele in Pretoria. You will play a crucial role in implementing therapeutic interventions that empower individuals towards recovery and personal growth.

Responsibilities

  • Assess client needs and establish achievable treatment objectives.
  • Utilize various therapeutic modalities tailored to client requirements.
  • Maintain up-to-date client records and treatment notes.
  • Liaise with external organizations as necessary to support client treatment.
  • Participate in community outreach initiatives to promote mental health awareness.
  • Ensure adherence to ethical and legal standards in mental health practice.
  • Engage in peer consultation and supervision for professional growth.
  • Participate in training sessions and workshops for skill enhancement.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Clinical Psychology or related field
  • Registration with HPCSA or similar is beneficial
Experience
  • 3+ years of clinical experience preferred
