Responsibilities

• Review and interpret prescriptions for accuracy and appropriateness.
• Advise healthcare professionals and patients on medication selections and side effects.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver comprehensive care.
• Monitor patient responses to medications and report any adverse effects.
• Conduct medication reviews and reconcile patient medication lists.
• Educate patients on proper medication use and adherence strategies.
• Support the pharmacy manager in daily operational tasks.
• Engage in continuous professional development and training.
• Assist in inventory management and stock control.
• Participate in quality assurance and improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Pharmaceutical Sciences
• Master’s degree is an advantage

Experience

• Experience in retail pharmacy is preferred
