Job Description

As a Financial Analyst, you will analyze financial data to guide informed business decisions. You will produce financial reports, evaluate financial performance, and assist in capital budgeting. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments are essential.

Responsibilities

• Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making processes.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and variance analysis.
• Assist in the budgeting and forecasting processes.

• Support the Finance Manager in strategic planning initiatives.
• Identify and analyze trends in financial performance.

• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Master's degree or professional certification (CFA, CA) is preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis or related field
