Job Description

We're on the hunt for a capable Virtual Assistant to support our growing administrative team. This remote position involves a variety of tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing emails, and supporting the team with research and documentation. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and has excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Organize travel arrangements and itineraries for team members.
  • Maintain and update databases and CRM systems.
  • Assist with onboarding new employees and interns.
  • Prepare expense reports and manage invoicing processes.
  • Develop and implement office procedures to improve efficiency.
  • Help in maintaining an organized online workspace.
  • Act as a liaison between management and other departments.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in administrative roles
