Clinical Research Coordinator

Job Description

In the role of Clinical Research Coordinator, you will be tasked with overseeing the day-to-day operations of clinical trials. This includes recruiting participants, organizing study logistics, and ensuring rigorous adherence to protocols. You will work closely with scientists and health professionals to facilitate cutting-edge medical research.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the application of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) in all aspects of study conduct.
• Develop and implement study documents including protocols and case report forms.
• Monitor clinical trial progression and ensure adherence to timelines.
• Manage data collection processes and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Provide training and support for study staff and investigators.
• Prepare for and facilitate study monitoring visits and audits.
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to promote participant enrollment.
• Track and report adverse events and serious adverse events according to regulatory protocols.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field
• Master's degree in Clinical Research is an advantage

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in clinical research coordination or related field
