Job Description

We need a proactive HR Generalist in Pretoria. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with management to develop HR strategies that enhance workforce efficiency and compliance. You will be involved in every aspect of HR operations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation and regulations.
  • Monitor employee satisfaction and engagement levels.
  • Assist in formulating HR budgets and forecasts.
  • Develop and implement employee wellness programs.
  • Provide HR support in disciplinary and grievance procedures.
  • Coordinate team-building and culture-building initiatives.
  • Analyze HR metrics to support strategic planning.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Psychology
Experience
  • 4-6 years of HR experience, particularly in recruitment and employee engagement
