Job Description

We are seeking a Human Resources Manager to lead our HR initiatives and ensure the effective management of our human capital. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management, employee relations, and talent acquisition. You will play a crucial role in developing and implementing HR policies and strategies that align with our organizational goals.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement HR policies and compliance measures.
  • Lead talent management initiatives to foster career development.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and feedback.
  • Compile and analyse HR metrics to drive decision-making.
  • Collaborate with departmental leaders to understand workforce needs.
  • Develop diversity and inclusion programs to enhance workplace equity.
  • Manage employee wellness initiatives and promote work-life balance.
  • Facilitate performance management processes and employee evaluations.
  • Coordinate with external partners for HR-related services.
  • Provide guidance on disciplinary actions and terminations.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Master's degree in HR Management is a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in a managerial role
