Join our production team as a Rolling Machine Setter, Operator, or Tender. In this hands-on role, you will operate advanced machinery to create precision metal and plastic products. Responsibilities

• Configure machinery for rolling operations ensuring alignment and dimensions.
• Load metal and plastic materials into machines as per production guidelines.
• Inspect finished products for conformity to quality standards.
• Oversee machine performance to identify and correct issues.
• Perform preventative maintenance on machines.
• Document production metrics and any anomalies.
• Support team efforts to achieve production targets.
• Demonstrate adherence to all safety and environmental protocols.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification in metalworking or manufacturing processes is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role preferred

Technical Skills

• Rolling Mill Operations

Languages

• English: Fluent
