Responsibilities
Provide timely technical support and troubleshooting for LAN applications.
Oversee and monitor LAN applications, ensuring regular updates and patches are performed.
Collaborate internally to analyze, diagnose, and resolve application-related problems.
Help with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of LAN applications.
Create and maintain documentation for LAN applications, including user guides and installation procedures.
Train end-users on the functionality and proper use of LAN applications.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Experience
3 years of experience in LAN applications support or similar roles is advantageous.
