Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a LAN Applications Support Analyst where your primary responsibility will be to ensure the seamless operation of LAN applications and providing exceptional technical support to users across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Provide timely technical support and troubleshooting for LAN applications.
  • Oversee and monitor LAN applications, ensuring regular updates and patches are performed.
  • Collaborate internally to analyze, diagnose, and resolve application-related problems.
  • Help with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of LAN applications.
  • Create and maintain documentation for LAN applications, including user guides and installation procedures.
  • Train end-users on the functionality and proper use of LAN applications.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Experience
  • 3 years of experience in LAN applications support or similar roles is advantageous.
