Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Scientist with a knack for translating data into language that can drive decision-making. You will be responsible for designing experiments, conducting statistical analyses, and developing algorithms. The role requires you to stay current with emerging data science trends while effectively communicating your findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Extract, clean, and manipulate data using programming languages like Python or R.
• Conduct A/B testing and interpret results to inform business strategies.
• Collaborate with IT to develop tools and frameworks for data access.
• Monitor performance of predictive models and continually optimize for better accuracy.
• Document the methodologies used for data analyses and maintain clear records.
• Participate in team brainstorming sessions to foster innovation.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
• Master's degree in Data Science or a related field is preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in predictive modeling and analysis
