Land Acquisition Manager

Job Description

As a Land Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and securing land for our development projects. This role requires strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage complex transactions while maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate land parcels for suitability for development projects.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as finance and planning to ensure smooth project execution.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with land acquisitions.
• Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities.
• Build and nurture a network of contacts within the local real estate market.
• Provide regular updates and reports to the management team on acquisition progress.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Urban Planning, or related field.
• Master's degree in Real Estate Development or a related discipline is preferred.

Experience

• Demonstrated success in acquiring land for development projects.
