Responsibilities

• Lead design workshops and brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas.
• Work closely with developers to ensure the implementation of designs is true to vision.
• Create user flows and journey mapping to enhance user experience.
• Conduct competitor analysis to identify design trends and opportunities.
• Iterate designs based on user feedback and analytics data.
• Collaborate closely with marketing teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in product design or related field

Technical Skills

• Adobe Creative Suite
• Figma
• User Research

Soft Skills

• Creativity
• Communication

Certifications

• Certified User Experience Professional (CUXP)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript: Knowledge of front-end languages to better collaborate with developers.
