We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer to join our team in Midrand. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing mechanical systems and processes that meet client specifications and industry standards. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to bring innovative solutions to life while ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement new engineering processes to improve efficiency.
• Conduct root cause analysis for mechanical failures and propose solutions.
• Engage in regular project meetings to communicate progress and challenges.
• Mentor junior engineers and interns to foster their professional development.
• Ensure project compliance with all regulations and quality standards.
• Manage project budgets and timelines effectively.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Master's degree in Engineering Management is beneficial

Experience

• 6+ years of experience in mechanical engineering roles

Technical Skills

• Mechanical Design
• Project Management Software

• Leadership
• Negotiation

Certifications

• Certified Six Sigma Green Belt

Languages

• English: Fluent
