In this role, you will interact with clients, providing them with technical assistance and ensuring their issues are resolved promptly. Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service while resolving technical inquiries.
  • Analyze issues and provide innovative solutions to customers.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of all technical aspects of products.
  • Assist in the development of user manuals and support documents.
  • Monitor customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve monthly performance targets.

Requirements

Education
  • Degree in Information Technology or related field
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, ITIL) are a plus
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in technical support role is preferred
