Job Description

We are seeking a meticulous IT Risk Manager to oversee our risk management processes and mitigate potential cybersecurity threats. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of risk assessment methodologies and the capability to implement them effectively.

Responsibilities

• Assess and prioritize risks based on impact and likelihood.
• Implement policies to mitigate identified risks.
• Work closely with external auditors and regulatory bodies.
• Communicate risk management plans to executive leadership.
• Conduct regular training sessions for staff on risk and compliance.
• Review and improve existing risk management frameworks.
• Provide expertise in creating a culture of security within the organization.
• Collaborate on security architecture and technical controls.
• Facilitate regular security audits and penetration tests.
• Evaluate incident response effectiveness and make recommendations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity or Risk Management
• Relevant certifications are a plus

Experience

• 5+ years in a similar role, preferably in a tech company
