Project Manager

Job Description

Join us as a Project Manager to spearhead our projects in Johannesburg. You will use your expertise to liaise with clients and stakeholders, handling projects from inception to completion, while fostering a collaborative environment to achieve successful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations related to assigned projects.
• Engage stakeholders to clarify requirements and address concerns.
• Adapt project strategies based on lessons learned and team feedback.
• Promote collaboration and teamwork to achieve project milestones.
• Evaluate project outcomes and disseminate results and lessons learned.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to junior project team members.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Project Management or Business Administration is preferred
• Relevant certifications are a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience managing complex projects

Technical Skills

• MS Project
• Budget Management

Soft Skills

• Time Management
• Interpersonal Skills

Certifications

• PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)
• Prince2 Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in Change Management: Understanding of change management processes to facilitate project transitions.
• Familiarity with Cloud Project Management Tools: Proficient in using modern project management tools for efficient collaboration.
