We are seeking an experienced Bobbin Turner to join our team. This role involves creating bobbins for textile machinery. The successful candidate will be highly skilled in woodworking and have experience in turning wood on a lathe.

Responsibilities

• Produce bobbins using high-precision woodworking techniques.
• Monitor lathe operations and intervene when necessary.
• Conduct quality checks on finished products.
• Train junior staff on woodworking and lathe operation.
• Document production processes and maintain records.
• Assist in the selection of raw materials.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production goals.

Requirements

Education

• Technical diploma in woodworking or related field

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
