Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated pharmacist to join our team in Pretoria. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of pharmaceuticals and a passion for patient care. Your role will involve dispensing medications, counseling patients, and ensuring compliance with health regulations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and dispense medications to patients.
• Consult with physicians and other health professionals regarding medication therapy.
• Conduct medication therapy management and disease management programs.
• Ensure medication storage complies with health regulations.
• Offer health education to the community on preventive care.
• Assist in inventory management and procurement of medications.
• Facilitate patient follow-ups and ensure continuity of care.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences
• Postgraduate diploma in Pharmacy is an advantage

Experience

• 3+ years of community pharmacy experience

• Clinical Pharmacy
