Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Configure and optimize server environments to ensure reliability.
  • Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with policies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support IT initiatives.
  • Maintain inventory of IT assets and hardware.
  • Respond to and resolve technical support requests in a timely manner.
  • Train staff on new technologies and best practices.
  • Identify areas for system improvement and make recommendations.
  • Assist in the development of IT policies and procedures.
  • Facilitate disaster recovery and backup operations.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in IT or Computer Science
  • Certifications preferred (CCNA, MCSE)
Experience
  • 4+ years of relevant experience
