Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our projects in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing project lifecycles, from initiation through to completion. You will work closely with stakeholders to define project scope, manage timelines, and ensure successful delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Direct and manage project development from beginning to end.
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients.
  • Analyze project performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Conduct feasibility assessments and develop project proposals.
  • Ensure project alignment with strategic business goals.
  • Prepare and present project updates to senior management.
  • Promote best practices in project management within the team.
  • Facilitate communication between project teams.
  • Manage project finances and track expenses.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Project Management or related field
  • Additional certifications in Agile or Lean methodologies are a plus

  • 5+ years in a similar role with a track record of completed projects
