We are on the hunt for a dedicated Quality Assurance Analyst to join our Johannesburg team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a passion for ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality. You will work closely with developers to identify issues and suggest improvements, enhancing our software development processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automated test scripts.
• Evaluate and recommend testing tools and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and testing methodologies.
• Monitor application performance and ensure it meets performance benchmarks.
• Prepare detailed reports on test results and defects.
• Participate in agile ceremonies and sprint planning.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in software testing

Technical Skills

• JIRA
• API Testing

Soft Skills

• Team Player
• Problem-Solving

Certifications

• Certified Software Tester (CSTE)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with mobile application testing: Knowledge of testing practices and tools for mobile applications.
• Knowledge of security testing: Experience in performing security tests to ensure product safety.
