Job Description

As a Quality Assurance Analyst at Tech Innovations Inc., you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and performance of our software products. Your keen eye for detail and analytical skills will help identify areas for improvement while collaborating closely with developers and product managers.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement test strategies that meet project requirements.
• Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) with stakeholders.
• Monitor and report on testing progress to ensure timelines are met.
• Implement best practices for continual quality improvement.
• Support training and mentoring of junior QA analysts as needed.
• Assist in troubleshooting application issues for resolution.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years in a QA role, preferably in software development

Technical Skills

• API Testing
• SQL

Certifications

• Certified Agile Tester (CAT)
• Six Sigma Green Belt

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with Agile Methodologies: Active participation in Agile projects and scrum teams.
