Job Description

As an IT Service Desk Analyst at Tech Innovations, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our users and ensuring the smooth operation of IT services. Your primary responsibility will be to provide technical assistance through various channels and troubleshoot IT-related issues. Responsibilities

  • Assist with installations and upgrades of software applications.

  • Maintain hardware inventory and manage equipment distribution.
  • Assist in developing help guides and FAQs for end-users.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Information Technology or related field
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred
Experience
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
