Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Design or equivalent experience

Experience

• 3+ years in a UX/UI role with a strong portfolio of past work

Technical Skills

• Prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch)
• Visual design skills
• User-centered design principles

Soft Skills

• Critical thinking
• Communication skills

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with animation tools: Familiarity with tools like After Effects for creating animations.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies: Experience working in Agile teams for iterative design processes.
