We are seeking an Environmental Engineer to join our team in Pretoria. The successful candidate will play a critical role in designing and implementing sustainable solutions for environmental challenges. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to assess environmental impacts and develop strategies for improvement.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate the environmental impacts of engineering designs.
• Formulate and implement effective mitigation plans.
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure environmental compliance.
• Conduct site visits and inspections for environmental monitoring.
• Assist in the development of environmental policies.
• Engage with local communities to promote sustainable practices.
• Prepare grant proposals for environmental projects.
• Stay updated on environmental laws and innovations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science or Engineering
• Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in environmental engineering or related field
