Job Description

As a Civil Engineer based in Cape Town, you will play a crucial role in designing, planning, and overseeing construction projects while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards. You will collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineering specialists to bring projects from concept to reality.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the planning and execution of projects ensuring compliance with design specifications.
• Manage project budgets effectively while ensuring quality deliverables.
• Conduct site inspections and oversee testing of materials.
• Prepare and present project proposals to clients and stakeholders.
• Advise on construction methodologies and materials selection.
• Investigate site conditions and resolve engineering challenges.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• Master's degree in a related field is a plus

Experience

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in civil engineering roles
