Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Credit Administration Manager to oversee our credit administration team. You will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient processes, maintaining compliance with policies, and enhancing the overall performance of our credit functions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the credit administration team in daily operations.
  • Establish and maintain effective credit policies that comply with relevant regulations.
  • Evaluate credit applications and make approval recommendations.
  • Conduct training sessions to improve team skills and knowledge.
  • Create detailed presentations on credit activities for management.
  • Ensure compliance with internal and external credit regulations.
  • Identify potential areas for process improvement within the credit department.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding credit-related issues.
  • Analyse trends in credit management to optimize processes.
  • Develop risk management strategies to minimize losses.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Finance or Business Administration is an advantage
Experience
  • Minimum 5 years in a similar role within the financial services industry.
