We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer to join our dynamic team in Durban. This role involves the design, development, and improvement of mechanical systems. Responsibilities

• Create 3D models and simulations of mechanical systems.
• Oversee the fabrication and assembly of prototypes.
• Implement engineering changes and ensure accurate documentation.
• Assist in the development of project schedules and budgets.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Professional Engineer (Pr Eng) registration is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in mechanical design or related field

• SolidWorks
• Finite Element Analysis (FEA)
• Thermodynamics

Soft Skills

• Analytical thinking
• Teamwork

Certifications

• Certified Engineering Technician (CET)
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is an advantage

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Afrikaans: Conversational
